SEPTEMBER 2007 NEWSLETTER

 

 

Hiya Freakers!!! Firstly we'd like to thank all you sicko's who entered a film in 2007. A lot of repeat offenders have sent us new films plus a whole bunch of new Trasharama virgins have entered, and even a few international films have evaded customs and landed at Trash HQ. We are trawling thru all of the 2007 entries at the moment, thanx for rotting our minds and senses you wicked people!! We'll be announcing the short listed films in our next mailout, plus posting them on our website.

We've had to make a few last minute changes to some of our venues and the latest screening guide is at the bottom of this page.

The premiere night is approaching fast with the first screening to be held at the Mercury Cinema, Adelaide on Saturday October 6th. During the last few years we've had nasty circus freaks, trashy preachers, gothic bellydancers and sexy snake dancers, and this year we'll be having a special guest performer in the shape of Eden: The Exotic Vampire Dancer (insert werewolf whistle). It's going to be a great night!!! Screenings in the other states to follow!!

DICK DRAGS OUT HIS OLD MOVIES! (Yawn!)

If your in Melbourne this coming week, Wednesday 26th September, you can always go to LOOP, (where we are screening one of our Trasharama sessions on 14th October), and see Mini Muff as part of the Melbourne Underground Film Festival. Short films, both local and International including 'Pelican Boy' by Dick Dale. Its a short fake trailer remake of 'Storm boy' featuring neo-nazi pirates, a zombie bird and a psyhcotic vigillante kid. NEW ARTWORK

We'd also like you to charge your glasses for yet another great artwork piece by the very talented and sometimes dangerously drunk, Anthony Marriott from the Gold Coast, who has once again graced us with a new design. (See above) Looking forward to drinking the Coast dry and watching some video nasties with ya!! Cheers!!
 

 

TRASHARAMA GETS NEKKID!

If People Magazine is your bag, (and why wouldn't it be?), on OCT 8TH they'll have a story on the Trasharama Fest. Hell!!, at last you really can tell everyone your only buying it for the articles!!! Thanx to Wrestling fan, Betty Paginated writer and Unholy Trash Judge, Dann Lennard for that inclusion.
